Notes on Sizing
For bangles and rings the best way to ensure the most accurate measurements are:
-
Visit your local jeweller to have your measurements taken professionally.
-
Use a sizing guide at home to determine your own your ring or bangle size at home. Ideally this should be using the UK letter sizing system.

Caring for your Jewellery
-
Remove your jewellery if you are planning an activity that could lead to loss or damage involved in any activity. Don't forget to keep it protected in a safe place when removed.
-
Keep it well away from chemicals, especially those that are chlorine based. Should it come into contact with chemicals then rinse it in plenty of water as soon as possible.
-
Remember that repeated contact with cosmetic products, or even your own skin, can cause tarnishing so periodic, careful, cleaning of your jewellery will be needed.
-
Use approved guidance, or take professional advice, when cleaning jewellery yourself.
-
Take it off at bedtime, while cooking and when cleaning.
-
Store all your jewellery carefully in a solid container/box with a soft, non scratch lining. Avoid storing items together where they can scratch and damage each other. Remember that different metals, stones and materials have different hardness and can cause contact damage to each other when stored.
-
Chains should be fastened and folded carefully when storing to avoid tangles and snags.
-
Keep it away from sunlight, excessive heat or damp conditions when in storage.
